Tuition and Fees

• Tuition includes all supplies, lunch and two snacks.  

• A non-renfundable deposit of $200.00 per camper is required at the time of registration and will be credited towards the camper's tuition.

• Invoices are mailed during the first week in April. Tuition and fees are due in full by May 15th.  Payments made after that date are subject to a $50.00 per camper late fee.  Unless this obligation has been fulfilled, a camper will not be allowed to participate in camp activities and may lose their reservation for a particular session should that session become full.  

• Enrollment after June 1st requires full payment at the time of registration. 

Tuition  for 2012

Session 1:    $1125.00  (please note, no camp on the 4th of July)

Session 2:   $1250.00

Session 3:   $1250.00

Session 4:   $1250.00

• 8 Week Enrollment Discount:  Any camper enrolling and completing eight weeks of camp will be issued a $150.00 discount

• Multiple Child Discount:  If more than one child from the same family attends camp for eight weeks, a $140.00 discount will be applied to the tuition of each additional child.  

Additional Services

Early Drop Off and Late Pick-up:

Early Drop Off:  7:45 - 8:45 a.m.   $125.00/session     

Late Pick Up:   4:00 - 6:00 p.m.    $210.00/session

Families may also take advantage of our daily fee for Early Drop Off or Late Pick-Up (24 hours advanced notice required and payment must be made on or prior to the day(s) of use)

Morning:  $20.00/day    Afternoon:  $30.00/day


Change fees:  Reductions in enrollment is subject to a $50.00 change fee per camper.


Child Care Expenses and Tax Credits

Camp tuition may qualify as a child-care expense and therefore may be tax deductible.  Some companies may also reinburse child care expenses as a benefit.
