The following is a summary of important information for parents of enrolled campers:
Required Health Forms: 1. Emergency Information Health Form; 2. Immunization Record; 3. Camper Release form. (see the Health and Safety link on the left to download the forms). First Session Campers health forms must be on file with our office by the 8th of June.
Activity Sign-up: Sign-up generally occurs at camp and at the times listed in the "Calendar" link on the left. Note that we must have the sign-up forms by 12:00 PM, the Thursday prior to the start of the session. Campers whose activity sign-up forms come in late will be scheduled last. The sign-up form for a particular session will be posted at the "Downloads" link on the left during the sign-up periods.
Switch Day: On the second day of a session, campers may make minor changes in their schedules. These are done block by block. Changing into an activity depends on available space. Switching out of Instructional Swimming requires campers have a note from a parent/guardian.
Guest Policy: Campers are allowed to invite a camp-age friend to camp once per session on days 3 - 10 of each session (campers are not allowed to bring a guest on the first two days of any session). Guests cannot attend overnights, bonfire activities, or early drop off or late pick up. Guest forms can be downloaded from the "Downloads" link on the left.
CIT info: CIT's are considered campers. However they do not choose their activities in the same way that the younger campers do. They will be assigned activities to help in on the first day of each session, consequently they do not have to sign up for activities in advance of the first day of the session.
Changes in Enrollment: Any changes in enrollment must be made in writing (either in a letter or by email) to the director.
Family Nights: Each session concludes with a "family night" on the last Friday of each session (5:30 to 8:00 PM). Notices on family night are sent home with campers on the Monday or Tuesday of the last week of the session.
Overnight/Bonfire: Campers who have attended Nonesuch during a session without an overnight/bonfire may attend as long as they have already been enrolled in a session prior to the overnight. Overnight permission slips will be posted under the "Downloads" link on the left. Permission slips for participation in the overnight/bonfire must be turned in by Thursday, 12:00 noon prior to the Friday evening overnight/bonfire
